国家“八五”计划提出了计划免疫工作以乡为单位接种率85％的第三步战略目标。为此,市、县级防疫站如何抓好所管辖乡的接种工作,是当前计划免疫工作中值得探讨的问题。我市从1989年下半年开始,针对计免工作特点,逐步在工作中推行分级建立档案管理计划免疫工作,取得了比较显著的成效。现介绍如下:
