目的 :通过文献资料分析研究血浆D-二聚体检测对孕产妇的临床应用意义。方法 :采用文献研究法分析从中国知网及外文网络数据库下载的文献。结果 :3篇文献表示要为健康产妇制定D-二聚体的相应参考范围;6篇文献表示在孕产期进行D-二聚体的检测,对高危孕产妇预防出血及避免DIC发生等具有重大的临床意义。结论 :血浆D-二聚体检测对孕产妇具有重大的临床应用意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical significance of plasma D-dimer testing in pregnant women through literature analysis. Methods: The literature research method was used to analyze the documents downloaded from CNKI and foreign language databases. Results: Three articles indicated that the corresponding reference range of D-dimer should be established for healthy mothers. Six articles indicated that D-dimer was tested in the pregnant period, and the prevention of bleeding and avoiding the occurrence of DIC in high-risk pregnant women Significant clinical significance. Conclusion: The detection of plasma D-dimer is of great clinical significance for pregnant women.
