记者:李素丽已是全国闻名,有同志担心她这面旗会被名气压倒。您怎样看? 梁良:我想,为什么有的先进不能持久,无非儿个原因:或是本人不过硬;或是所在单位群众对先进人物缺少了解,造成墙内开花墙外香;或是单位整体素质不高,使先进人物无法充分发挥作用;或是领导班子对先进人物没有正确认识,缺少关心和支持。名气确实给李素丽本人,也给我们车队带来很大压力,但我们都正在努力借着压力把工作再向前推进。记:李素丽出名后,与车队领导及职工的关系是否发生了变化?
