在模锻后一般锻件都要在曲轴压床上切除飞边、甚至冲孔。但是在切除飞边后,锻件往往发生变形,有弯曲现象,因此在飞边切除后锻件一般都要回到模锻锤上进行校正。然而这种往返工序,却影响到工作的协调,增加了锻锤负荷,会影响生产率的提高并降低锻模寿命。有些工厂的校正工序是在另一台锻锤或压床上进行,这比较好的。但它却增加了昂贵的附加设备和生产
