搅龙叶片的成型是生产中的一个难题。以往对于较薄、外径较小的叶片多采用加热后手工敲打或模压成型的方法,不但劳动强度大、效率低,而且不易保证质量。特别是厚度在6毫米以上的叶片,成型更为困难。为此,我们在多次试验的基础上,革新一种简易装置,可以冷拉厚6毫米以上、公称直径300毫米以上、导程220毫米以下的搅龙叶片,并全部达到图纸要求,适合大批量生产,生产率提高几十倍。该装置制作简单,经久
