随着网络技术的不断发展,网络信息安全成了现今网络技术发展的重要催化剂,网络安全的攻防战有效的促进了信息安全的进步,在现有的技术背景下,网络安全防范措施总是要落后于信息安全攻击技术。特别是斯洛登事件的爆发,进一步促使信息安全上升到国家安全策略上。本文研究的重点就是结合当前网络信息安全问题,并在此基础上提出相应的完善策略。
