山麦冬总皂甙20mg/kg iv 能明显降低 MAP(P<0.01)、HR(P<0.01)、左室内压(LVP,P<0.01)以及左室内压最大变化速率(dp/dt_(max),P<0.01),使 MVO_2I 显著减少(P<0.01),同时 CO 及左室做功指数(LVWI)也明显降低。山麦冬总皂甙对 TPVR 和左室舒张末压(LVEDP)无明显影响。结果提示,山麦冬总皂甙对心肌有抑制作用,能明显降低心肌耗氧量。
Ophiopogon japonicus 20 mg/kg iv significantly decreased MAP (P<0.01), HR (P<0.01), left ventricular pressure (LVP, P<0.01), and maximum rate of left ventricular pressure (dp/dt_(max) (P<0.01), significantly decreased MVO_2I (P<0.01), and CO and left ventricular work force index (LVWI) also decreased significantly. The Ophiopogon japonicus saponins had no significant effect on TPVR and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP). The results suggest that total saponins of Ophiopogon japonicus have inhibitory effects on myocardium and can significantly reduce myocardial oxygen consumption.
