本文采用新生大鼠HIE模型,探讨NO和NOS抑制剂对脑组织中线粒体内的琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响。将新生大鼠分成A、B、C、D、E、F、G七组,用自行设计的计算机彩色图像处理系统对脑片坏死面积作定量分析。实验A、B、C、D、E、F组与G组相比均有显著性差异;A组与C组、E组之间、B组与D组、F组之间相比有显著性差异;C组与E组之间、D组与F组之间无显著性差异;这说明L-NNA(NOS抑制剂)无论是预防还是治疗,对脑组织中线粒体内的琥珀酸脱氢酶有保护作用,而L-Arg则无保护作用。
In this paper, HIE model of neonatal rats was used to investigate the effects of NO and NOS inhibitors on mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase in brain tissue. Neonatal rats were divided into seven groups A, B, C, D, E, F and G. The necrotic area of brain slices was quantitatively analyzed by computerized color image processing system designed by ourselves. There was significant difference between group A, B, C, D, E, F and group G, there was significant difference between group A and group C, group E, group B, group D and group F There was no significant difference between group C and group E, and between group D and group F. This suggests that L-NNA (inhibitor of NOS), whether in the prevention or treatment, can inhibit the activity of succinate dehydrogenase Have a protective effect, while L-Arg is no protective effect.
