本文报道喹哌+硝喹、羟基喹哌+硝喹和咯萘啶+硝喹三种抗疟药复方对食蟹猴疟原虫的疗效作用。实验证明,喹哌每天3.5mg/kg×7d+硝喹每天0.1mg/kg×7d复方,羟基喹哌每夭3.5mg/kg×7d+硝喹每天0.1mg/kg×7d复方和咯萘啶每天5mg/kg×7d+硝喹每天0.1mg/7d复方均能治愈感染食蟹猴疟原虫的恒河猴,而单服喹哌每天3.5mg/kg×7d、羟基喹哌每天3.5mg/kg×7d或咯萘啶每天5mg/kg×7d,则均在停药后一个月内出现原虫复燃。
This article reports the curative effect of the three antimalarial compounds of Quipiperazide + Quinquium, Hydroxyquipiper + Quinquai and Pyronaridine + Quirtazocine on Plasmodium cercopithecate. Experiments show that, quinacarb per day 3.5mg / kg × 7d + quinquefasculature 0.1mg / kg × 7d day, hydroxyquipotenate every 3.5mg / kg × 7d + quinizarin daily 0.1mg / kg × 7d compound and pyronaridine 5mg daily / kg × 7d + quinolone daily 0.1mg / 7d compound can cure cercopithecus macaque infection of Rhesus monkeys, and a single administration of quinpirole 3.5mg / kg × 7d, hydroxyquipfine daily 3.5mg / kg × 7d or Pyronaridine daily 5mg / kg × 7d, were in the month after the withdrawal of protozoan rekindle.
