用流行性出血热(EHF)抗原阳性黑线姬鼠的血,对非疫区黑线姬鼠按皮肤不同破损程度用不同剂量进行实验感染。结果证明EHF抗原(病毒)可通过全层皮肤破损、真皮破损以至不显性的表皮破损传播感染,在剂量为1 u时仍能通过表皮的破损传播感染。表明通过破损皮肤传播可能是EHF的主要传播途径。
Blood of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) antigen-positive Apodemus agrarius was used to infect experimentally infected Apodemus agrarius at different doses according to different degrees of skin damage. The results show that EHF antigen (virus) can spread through the entire skin damage, dermal damage and non-dominant epidermal damage spread infection, the dose is 1 u can still spread through the damage of the epidermis infection. Suggesting that transmission through damaged skin may be the main route of EHF transmission.
