中国的保险市场由于长期的垄断经营形成了特有的游戏规则 ,如从行政权力、关系网等非合同利益入手 ,成为保险公司营销体系中最重要的业务推展方式 ,带有浓重行政机构色彩的大而全的公司组织结构成为保险公司的主导组织形式 ,统一的、极少调整的费率与条款等。加入WTO后 ,原有的规则将受到挑战 ,国内的保险业必须通过建立需求主导型的经营机制 ,转换组织形态 ,调整监管方式 ,才能适应新的游戏规则
Due to long-term monopolistic management, China’s insurance market has formed unique rules of the game. Starting from the non-contractual interests such as administrative power and network, insurance market has become the most important mode of business promotion in the marketing system of insurance companies. With large administrative institutions The entire organizational structure of the company has become the leading organization of insurance companies, unified, rarely adjusted rates and terms.
