Singapore’s Industrial and Commercial Security Agency (CISCO) was established in 1972 under the direction of the National Assembly and was administered by the Ministry of the Interior. Its purpose is to provide state aid to the police and effectively carry out the responsibilities entrusted to them by the government. It provides a full range of security services to public and private clients in order to strengthen national crime prevention measures. With advanced security technology and professional services, it serves the security of the community and promotes economic efficiency. The agency operates on a commercial basis.
