本文以短枝型苹果首红为试材,以不同的离体脱水时间为处理,测定了1年生枝条不同芽位的芽体和不同枝段组织相对含水量、细胞透性、超过化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及同工酶特性、脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,结果表明:随着离体脱水时间的加长,各芽体和枝段组织相对含水量均出现明显下降,且不同芽体间和不同枝段间组织相对含水量及其下降幅度不同;细胞透性在离体脱水过程有一个极显著上升,其与组织相对含水量的变化呈显著负相关,R枝=-0.9441,R芽=-0.9027;其变化规律呈logistic曲线变化态,配合方程为Y=K/(1-ae-bx),拐点脱水时间值的变化在不同芽体和不同枝段间具有一定差异;随着离体脱水时间加长,芽体中的SOD酶活性开始上升(24h之前)。而后下降(24h之后),其SOD酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中酶带数目及级带变化同样说明这一结果;MDA含量的变化与SOD酶的变化正相反,且具有极显著的相关性R=-0.8414。
