以珠江钢厂薄板坯连铸漏斗形结晶器为研究对象,开发了结晶器温度场动态监测软件。在现场用预埋热电偶实际测量铜板温度,在线动态监测结晶器铜板的温度和热流变化。为进一步分析各工艺参数对结晶器温度的影响规律,优化生产工艺参数和结晶器形状设计提供了重要的理论依据和实际参考数据。
Taking Zhujiang Steel Mill thin slab continuous casting Funnel-shaped mold as the research object, the mold temperature field dynamic monitoring software was developed. In situ with the actual measurement of embedded thermocouple copper temperature, online dynamic monitoring of mold copper temperature and heat flow changes. In order to further analyze the influence of various process parameters on the mold temperature, and optimize the production process parameters and mold shape design provides an important theoretical basis and the actual reference data.
