对单用洋地黄不能满意控制心室率的心房颤动(下称房颤)患者,多主张联用异搏定,并认为副作用较少。1983年9月以来,我们对10例房颤患者采用了小剂量异搏定、地高辛联合治疗,其中7例短期内发生了不同程度的房室传导阻滞(AVB),现报告如下。
