噪声控制需要准确地掌握机器设备的声学特性,才能合理而经济地制订噪声控制的措施.噪声测量是为此目的,按照不同的机器设备、内容要求、使用的声学仪器和测量的环境条件,同时也为了使测量的数据有可比性,需要有一个统一的方法和专门的测量标准.为此,我国声学标准委员会和各工业部,制订和颁发了各种机器设备的声学测量标准.目前,我国的噪声控制工作有了很大的发展,但由于对噪声测量有关标准不够了解,因而所提出的测量数据,不够明确统一,也缺乏可比性,甚而有些是错误的.为此,本刊从本期开始,逐期摘要介绍设备的噪声测量标准,以供噪声控制工作者参考.
