从无线网络基础设施应用和促进城市群经济发展两个方面综合考虑,由于无线网络应用和对于在关中—天水经济区构建现代产业体系,融合创新、融合各产业协调发展等具有广泛的应用前景,所以本文以此为出发点,提出关中—天水经济区无线城市群的建设目标,从发展现状及构建措施等几个方面为关中—天水经济区无线城市群的建设提供理论及方法的指导。
