随着国内外化学品市场的波动起伏,中小化工企业首当其冲地受到巨大的销售和成本压力。根据湖南呈现出的化工集群化发展,结合主要化工园区物流业务的现状与存在的主要问题,针对其物流的规模小、技术低、管理差等情况,要实现物流的专业化、协同化、科学化的发展方向,应重点从物流组织、管理、服务、体制四个方面加大物流创新发展的力度。
With the ups and downs of chemical markets at home and abroad, small and medium-sized chemical companies are the first to suffer huge sales and cost pressures. According to the development of chemical clustering in Hunan, combined with the status quo and major problems in the logistics industry of major chemical industry parks, it is necessary to realize the specialization, cooperation and science of logistics in view of its small scale, low technology, and poor management. The direction of development should focus on increasing logistics innovation and development from four aspects: logistics organization, management, service, and system.
