开展工学结合导向型的校企合作,是提高高等职业教育教学质量的有效途径。高等职业教育层面的工学结合导向型校企合作具有四个显著的一体化特征:学校人才培养目标与企业生产经营需要一体化、学校人才培养过程与企业工作业务流程一体化、学校人才培养方案与企业工作岗位需要一体化、学校人才职业能力培养与企业岗位工作任务一体化。
Carrying out the work-oriented combination of school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to improve teaching quality of higher vocational education.
