工学结合人才培养模式是利用学校和社会两种教育资源和两种教育环境,是职业教育健康发展的客观要求。实践证明,订单式、结合推荐就业安排顶岗实习的效果较好。学校应正视工学结合过程中遇到的困难,积极开展多种形式的探索。
The combination of work and study is the objective requirement of the healthy development of vocational education by utilizing two kinds of educational resources and two kinds of educational environments in school and society. Practice has proved that the order-type, combined with the recommended employment placement internship is better. Schools should face up to the difficulties encountered in the process of combining work with learning and actively carry out various forms of exploration.
