目的:探讨羊膜移植联合湿润烧伤膏对急性期角膜碱烧伤的影响。方法:采用兔角膜碱烧伤模型,比较湿润烧伤膏以及羊膜覆盖法联合应用与两者单用的治疗效果。结果:两者联合应用可进一步促进角膜上皮修复,减少胶原纤维的断裂溶解,结膜充血情况明显改善。结论:湿润烧伤膏联合羊膜覆盖治疗急性兔角膜碱烧伤的效果优于两者单用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation combined with MEBO on acute corneal alkali burn. Methods: Rabbit corneal alkali burn model was used to compare the therapeutic effects of MEBO and amniotic membrane covering with both. Results: The combination of the two could further promote the repair of corneal epithelium, reduce the fracture and dissolution of collagen fibers, and significantly improve the conjunctival hyperemia. Conclusion: MEBO combined with amniotic membrane covering is superior to the two alone in the treatment of acute corneal alkali burns.
