用理想波导耦合模理论为基础的微扰方法分析金属包覆聚合物平板波导,谁得波导传播常数的近似解。经数值计算,分别求得传播常数的正确解与近似解,二者相比较,证明近似解具有较高的精确度。从而将求解金属包覆聚合物波导本征值方程的复杂复数运算简化成实数运算。
The Perturbation Method Based on the Theory of Ideal Coupled Coupled Modes Analyzes the Approximate Solution to the Wave Propagation Constant in a Metal - Clamped Polymer Slab Waveguide. After numerical calculation, the correct solutions and approximate solutions of propagation constants are respectively obtained, and the comparison shows that the approximate solutions have higher accuracy. Therefore, the complicated complex operations for solving eigenvalue equations of metal-clad polymer waveguides are simplified to real numbers.
