我院从1988年4月至1989年3月,静脉点滴复方氨基酸注射液(11s,9.12％,规格250ml,系广东、武汉、湖北和重庆等厂产品,批号及出厂日期记录不详)1423例,发生严重过敏反应者11例,占0.77％,全部救治成功,现简报如下: 临床资料过敏反应11例中,男8例,女3例。年龄24～51岁。具有药物过敏史者9例。对复方氨基酸发生过敏反应的时间:立即反应(输入量约2ml)2例,5分钟内(约6ml)3例,10分钟(约20ml)4例,60分钟以上(约120～160ml)各1例。
