海金砂来源于海金砂种植物海金砂Lygooiumjanonicum（Thunb）SW.的干燥成熟孢子。它是利尿通淋常用中药，价格比较昂贵。笔者今年在药品质量检查中发现，有少数医疗单位从药贩手中购进的海金砂接有大量黄土和海金砂全革粉碎的粉末，造成临床医生按规定剂量用药达不到应有的疗效
The sea gold sand is derived from the dried mature spores of Lygooium janonicum (Thunb) SW. It is commonly used traditional Chinese medicine diuretic Tonglin, the price is more expensive. In this year’s drug quality inspection, the author found that a small number of medical units purchased from the drug dealers received a large amount of loess and sea gold sand crushed powder, resulting in clinical doctors do not achieve the desired effect of prescribed doses of drugs.
