吴鞠通在《温病条辨中》说:“温病耳聋,病系少阴,与柴胡汤者必死,六、七日以后,宜复脉复其精”。又言“热邪深入,或在少阴,或在厥阴,均宜复脉,又在自注中指出:“此言复脉为热邪劫阴之总司也。盖少阴藏精,厥阴必待少阳精足而后能生,二经均可主复脉者,乙癸也”。可见益精补肾是复脉诸方的又一重要功能,本文试从微量元素角度探讨其补肾机理。1 材料与方法 同前文。2 结果 锌含量测试见前文,硒含量测定见表1。表l 复脉系列诸方硒含量的比较(ppm)
