著者将豚鼠用戊巴比妥钠全麻后,选择四种血管扩张性药物(盐酸罂粟碱、组织胺、菸酸及去甲肾上腺素),经腹腔投药,观察其对内耳血流的影响,包括耳蜗放射状细动脉支及小脑前下动脉的椎基底动脉系统,结果如下: 1.耳蜗放射状细动脉支:给药后血流速度加快,但无血管管径的变化。血流速度加快的程度与加快出现时间或持续时间因药而异,但一般投药后5—10分钟达最高峰,罂粟碱尚能见到侧支循环。
After guinea pigs were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium, four kinds of vasodilators (papaverine hydrochloride, histamine, nicotinic acid and norepinephrine) were selected and administered intraperitoneally to observe the effect on blood flow in the inner ear. Including the cochlear radial artery and branch of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery vertebrobasilar system, the results are as follows: 1 cicatule radial artery branch: after administration of blood flow faster, but no changes in vascular diameter. Blood flow to speed up the degree and speed up the emergence of time or duration varies with the drug, but generally reached the peak 5-10 minutes after administration, papaverine can still see collateral circulation.
