76028[α-(二正丁氨基甲基)-2.7-二氯-9-对氯苄叉-4-芴甲醇盐酸盐]是我所设计合成的芴甲醇类化合物。通过临床前的实验研究,证实该化合物对鼠疟(Pberghei)和猴疟(P cy-nomolgi、P knowlesi)都有较强的杀无性体作用,毒副作用小,安全范围大。健康人试服无明显不良反应,肝、肾、心功能检测指标与安慰剂对照组无差别。为了观察该化合物治疗抗药性恶性疟的效果,于1979年和1980年5～10月,在海南岛某县抗氯喹恶性疟流行区
76028 [α- (di-n-butylaminomethyl) -2.7-dichloro-9-p-chlorobenzylidene-4-fluorenemethanol hydrochloride] is a fluorenemethanol compound which I designed and synthesized. Through preclinical experimental studies, it was confirmed that the compound has a strong killing effect on Pberghei and P cystatin (P knowlesi), has a small toxic side effect and a large safety range. Healthy people did not show any significant adverse reactions, liver, kidney, heart function test indicators and placebo control group no difference.
