2003年,山东省国家税务局认真贯彻党的十六大精神,身体力行“三个代表”重要思想,积极响应省委工作会议提出的“解放思想、干事创业、加快发展”的号召,充分发挥税收职能作用,以落实基本制度、夯实征管基础、提高队伍基本素质(“三基”建设)为重点,全面提高税收收入水平、纳税服务水平和依法管理水平,各项工作迈出了新的步伐,有力促进了全省经济的健康发展。
