根据中央统一部署,江西省第三批深入学习实践科学发展观活动,从今年9月开始,到明年2月基本结束。第二批学习实践科学发展观活动的各地各单位,把落实“三保一弘扬”作为学习实践活动最大的实践和最需要取得的成效,紧密结合自身实际,坚持边学边改、边查边改和集中整改相结合,共查找出影响和制约科学发展的突出问题以及党性党风党纪方面群众反映强烈的突出问题84900多个,目前已解决61900多个,占72.9%。与此同时,我省经济保持了平稳较快增长,加速向好的发展势头超出预期,主要经济指标增幅高于全国平均水平。固定资产投资大幅增长,一批重大项目、重点工程取得了重要进展。鄱阳湖生态经济区规划论证进展顺利,“五河一湖”源头保护、造林绿化“四大一小”、城镇污水处理、乡村垃圾无害化处理四大生态建设工程加快推进。国有企业改革取得新进展。加大力度保障和改善民生,坚持新增财力向困难群众倾斜、向农村倾斜、向基层倾斜、向社会事业倾斜。今年前7个月,省财政下达市县民生专项补助资金同比增长50%以上。制定扶持政策,扩大就业、促进创业工作取得明显成效。在全省范围实施的“光明微笑”工程进展顺利,目前已为37153例白内障和1253例唇腭裂患者成功实施了免费手术治疗,受到群众的普遍好评。
