我和李亮同志一九七八年考入晓庄师范学校,一九八一年毕业,一同分配到江浦县建设乡五里小学办了两年“行知实验班”。回顾三年的中师生活和两年的办学实践,深深感到我们的成长全靠党的培养,是党指引我们扎根农村,献身农村教育。记得刚进晓师时,我们实在还不太懂事,只是觉得一个农村孩子能考取中师,换成城镇户口,飞出穷山村,就心满意足了。进晓师的第二天,党总支给我们作了校史报告,带我们到劳山脚下瞻仰革命烈士纪念碑和陶行知先生墓,接着又带我们到雨花台凭吊革命先烈,我们受到了深刻的教育。晓庄师范的十几位烈士只活了十几年、二十几年,他们献身革命的精神促使我们思考什么是人生的意义和价值。伟大的人民教育家陶行知先生光辉的一生也
Comrade Li Liang and I were admitted to Xiaozhuang Normal School in 1978 and graduated in 1981 together with Wuxiao Experimental Class for two years at Wuli Primary School, Jianxiang Township, Jiangpu County. Recalling the three years of life as a teacher and the two-year running of the school, I deeply feel that our growth depends entirely on the party's training and that the party guides us to root our roots in rural areas and devote ourselves to rural education. I remember when I first entered the division, we really did not know too much about it, but felt that a rural child could take the division, replaced the urban hukou, and flew out of the poor mountain village. The next day, Jin Xiaogong gave us a history report of our school to take us to the tomb of the monument to the revolutionary martyrs and to Mr. Tao Xingzhi at the foot of the hill and then took us to the Yuhuatai, Education. Over a dozen martyrs of Xiaozhuang normal school have lived for more than ten years. In the past two decades, their dedication to revolution has prompted us to think about what is the meaning and value of life. Mr. Tao Xingzhi, a great people's educator, had a brilliant life too
