目的:了解江苏省苏州市在售水产品总汞污染现状。方法:采用自动测汞仪对样品中总汞含量进行测定。结果:2011年苏州市场上的水产品总汞含量符合国家的水产品汞限量要求。结论:苏州市居民水产品消费引起的汞暴露健康风险小。
Objective: To understand the status of total mercury pollution in aquatic products sold in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Methods: The total mercury content in samples was determined by automatic mercury analyzer. Results: The total mercury content of aquatic products in Suzhou market in 2011 conforms to the national mercury limit requirements for aquatic products. Conclusion: The risk of mercury exposure caused by consumption of aquatic products in Suzhou City is small.
