编辑同志:最近,由于工作关系,我接触了一些中小学校长。他们大多是“文革”前毕业的大专生或中师生,随着教育形势的发展,被推上了领导岗位。他们说,过去管一两个班级,现在面对全校师生,担子加重了,许多工作需要重新学习,特别需要学习管理科学,真正是“书到用时方恨少”了。中小学校长们的主要愿望是:
