目的:探讨益气化湿解毒汤联合辛复宁在慢性宫颈炎患者中的临床效果及安全性。方法:取2015年3月-2017年4月医院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者70例,随机数字法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用辛复宁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气化湿解毒汤治疗,比较2组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组效率为94.29%与对照组77.14%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后2周药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将益气化湿解毒汤联合辛复宁用于慢性宫颈炎患者中效果理想,安全性较高,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huashi Jiedu Decoction combined with Xin Fu Ning in patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods: From March 2015 to April 2017, 70 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 35) and observation group (n = 35). The control group was treated with Xin Fu Ning. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Huazhutu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results: The efficiency of the observation group was 94.29%, which was significantly different from that of the control group (77.14%) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with Xin Fu Ning for chronic cervicitis patients with satisfactory results, high safety, it is worth promoting the application.
