一、双语教学的意义人类进入了21世纪,跨入了一个崭新的知识经济时代。经济的发展、社会的进步越来越取决于科技进步和教育发展。我们高校作为培养人才的摇篮,必须对我们的地位、作用,我们的教育体制、教育思想和教学方法加以认真的思考。我们在培养什么样的人才?我们用什么样的思想指导教学?我们的传统教学有什么经验和教训?等等。这样才能面对新世纪所带来的挑战,并抓住良好的机遇提高教学质量、培养高素质的合格人才。
First, the significance of bilingual teaching Humanity entered the 21st century, entered a new era of knowledge economy. Economic development, social progress depends more and more on scientific and technological progress and education. As the cradle of cultivating qualified personnel, we colleges and universities must seriously think about our status and role, our education system, educational thoughts and teaching methods. What kinds of talents are we cultivating? What kind of thinking do we use to guide our teaching? What are the experiences and lessons of our traditional teaching? Only in this way can we meet the challenges brought about by the new century and seize the good opportunities to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate qualified qualified personnel of high quality.
