校企合作是技工学校发展的必由之路。新形势下浅层次阶段的校企合作应是政府制定法规,为校企合作开展技工学校职业教育提供保障;企业以发展战略为导向,为技工学校的职业教育指引方向;学校以技能就业为导向,走技能教育、技能就业、技能成才的道路,这样才能更好地推进今后技工学校开展校企合作的进程,实现学校与企业双赢的目标。
School-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of technical schools. Under the new situation, the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the shallow stage should be formulated by the government to provide guarantee for the cooperation between schools and enterprises in carrying out vocational education in technical schools. The enterprises are guided by the development strategy and guide the vocational education in technical schools. The schools take skills employment as Oriented, take the skills education, skills employment, skills to become talent, so as to better promote the future school-enterprise cooperation in the process of school-enterprise cooperation to achieve a win-win goal of schools and enterprises.
