针对中职思想政治教育教学而言,充分发挥中职思想政治教师的人格魅力作用既是重要的教育教学手段,同时也会对中职学生产生深远、持久、重大的非权力性影响,其某种程度上直接决定着中职思想政治教学的成败。因此,充分发挥中职思想政治教师的人格魅力作用显得尤为重要。本文分析了中职思想政治教师人格魅力的主要表现,并提出了中职思想政治教师人格魅力的提升途径。
In view of the secondary vocational and technical education of ideological and political education, giving full play to the personality charm of secondary vocational school teachers is not only an important means of education and teaching, but also a far-reaching, lasting and significant non-power impact on vocational students. The degree directly determines the success or failure of the ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational education. Therefore, giving full play to the personality charm of secondary vocational and technical teachers is particularly important role. This article analyzes the main manifestations of the personality charisma of secondary vocational and technical teachers and puts forward the way to enhance personality charisma of secondary vocational and technical teachers.
