视网膜母细胞瘤是婴幼儿最常见的眼内恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率在婴幼儿当中约为1/18000,成年人较罕见;国内诸仁定1977年曾报告一例50岁男性病例,任秀琴报道一例39岁男性病例。部分视网膜母细胞瘤患者的发病与遗传有关,也是至今在遗传病因中获得较多证据的一种肿瘤。本文报告一家庭内母亲及其子女共三人同患视网膜母细胞瘤的病例及其染色体检查。
Retinoblastoma is one of the most common intraocular malignant tumors in infants and young children. The incidence rate is about 1/18000 in infants and young children. Rarely, adults in China are reported to have a case of 50-year-old male in 1977. Ren Shuqin A 39-year-old man was reported. Some patients with retinoblastoma incidence and genetic, but also so far in the genetic causes to get more evidence of a tumor. This article reports a case of chromosomal examination and a total of three patients with retinoblastoma in a family mother and her children.
