川芎属活血化瘀通经行气的中药,能增加冠脉血流量,缓解心绞痛。近年我们用川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛14例。现报道如下: 1 对象与方法 对象:14例来自住院病人,男11例,女3例,年龄40～79岁,平均62岁。心绞痛病程5～18年,心绞痛严重度Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅳ级5例。药品和给药方法:用常州制药厂生产的盐酸川芎嗪注射液40mg(2ml/支);每日每例给盐酸川芎嗪注射液80～120mg加入10％GS注射液250ml中静脉滴注,20滴/min,15d为一疗程,疗程间不必间断可重复进行。
