Objective: To investigate the effect of HeCha da capsule on the quality of life, lung function and immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A total of 76 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In the control group, only inhaled salmeterol and tiamycin (50 μg: 500 μg) was inhaled daily for 2 weeks. The treatment group received 38 patients Capsule, 3 capsules each time, 3 times a day, instruct its long-term oral, treatment for 3 months. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were observed, and the quality of life scores, pulmonary function and immune function were compared before and after treatment. Results: The scores of quality of life (daily living ability, social life, depression and anxiety) of the treatment group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The FEV1, FEV1 percentage of predicted value and FEV1 / FVC in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, CD3 + T cells and CD4 + T cells in both groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). CD8 + T cells in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: HeCha Dazao Capsule combined with salmeterol and fluticasone inhalation can obviously improve the quality of life and pulmonary function of stable COPD patients, and can improve the immune function of patients.
