对红江橙上胚轴再生系统建立及影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:上胚轴、带根上胚轴、子叶、下胚轴四种外植体中,上胚轴出芽率、丛生芽所占比例为最高。不同浓度BA对上胚轴出芽率影响不同,其中BA2mg/L效果最好,出芽率及丛生芽所占比例分别达82.8%、86.7%。外植体放置方式影响也较大,主要表现为形态学上端出芽,另一端出芽率很低。抑菌用抗生素中,300~500mg/L浓度范围内,羧苄青霉素对上胚轴出芽有一定程度抑制;头孢霉素则无影响。上胚轴在培养基上放置方式不同,对卡那霉素的承受能力也不同。竖放时,卡那霉素160mg/L完全抑制出芽;平放时,50mg/L即完全抑制出芽
