2007年4月30日,国家发改委发布、实施了《当前国家鼓励发展的环保产业设备(产品)目录(2007年修订)》(2007年第27号公告)。《公告》说:此举是为推动我国环保产业健康发展,加快环保产业结构调整,提高环保产业技术水平,促进资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设。此《公告》自发布之日起,《当前国家鼓励发展的环保产业设备(产品)目录》(第1批、第2批)同时废止。
On April 30, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission released and implemented the “Catalog of Environmental Protection Industry Equipment (Products) Encouraged by the Country (Revised in 2007)” (No. 27 of 2007). The announcement said: This is to promote the healthy development of China’s environmental protection industry, accelerate the structural adjustment of the environmental protection industry, improve the technological level of the environmental protection industry, and promote the building of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Since the “Notice”, the “Catalog of Environmental Protection Equipment (Products) Encouraged by the State for Development” (batch 1 and batch 2) has been repealed simultaneously.
