我院是受辖于长春铁路分局的综合性职工医院,现有床位354张,职工601人,负责5万余职工家属的医疗、予防及保健任务。开始实行院长负责时,首先进行了院长、科主任、护士长及班、组长的逐级聘任工作,但仍采用了“一正多付”分兵把口的领导形式,党政分家,集一切行政工作和全院管理的指挥决策权于院长一人。其它付院长分管门诊、病房、防治、后勤、科研、教学等部门和工作。实际上与院长负责制前的组织形
