在秋季条件下以节瓜七星仔为材料,设置低氮低钾(N_(12)K_9)、低氮中钾(N_(12)K_(18))、低氮高钾(N_(12)K_(36))、高氮低钾(N_(18)K_9)、高氮中钾(N_(18)K_(18))和高氮高钾(N_(18)K_(36))等6个处理,研究了氮钾营养对节瓜生长、果实产量和品质的影响.结果表明,提高氮、钾水平,节瓜植株干重和果实产量都呈增加的趋势,增钾比增氮的效果更明显;果实的总糖和Vc含量有下降的趋势,还原糖含量无明显的规律性变化;果实的氮、磷和钾含量呈增加的趋势,但有个别处理例外.
