全省放开放活国有小型企业工作会议开了三天,今天就要结束了。会议开始时,连松省长就积极推进、大胆改革,加快放开放活国有小型企业步伐作了重要讲话。两天来,大家认真学习消化连松省长的讲话精神,新乐等16个单位发言或书面介绍了放开放活国有小型企业的经验;参观了新乐市的改制企业;深入研究讨论了省政府准备出台的《关于进一步放开放活国有小型企业若干问题的实施意见》;各市地都结合实际研究了放开放活国有小型企业的具体规划和措施,有的市刚才还作了汇报。总的看,这次会议开得很好,达到了预期目的。希望会后大家立即认真抓好这次会议精神的贯彻落实,特别是一定要贯彻落实好连松省长讲话精神,加大力度,加快步伐,抓紧工作,确保完成省委、省政府下达的放开放活国有小型企业的改革任务。下面,就落实好这次会议精神讲三点意见。
The province’s open-to-live state-owned small-scale enterprise work conference opened for three days and will end today. At the beginning of the meeting, Governor Lisong made an important speech in actively advancing bold reforms and accelerating the pace of liberalizing the opening of state-owned small businesses. In the past two days, everyone seriously studied and digested the spirit of Lian Song’s speech. Xinle and other 16 units spoke or gave a written introduction to the experience of opening up small state-owned enterprises; they visited the reformed enterprises in Xinle City; and further studied and discussed the province. The government is preparing to publish the “Implementation Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Further Opening and Survival of State-owned Small-scale Enterprises”; all cities and regions have studied the specific plans and measures for the opening of state-owned small-scale enterprises in conjunction with actual conditions. Some cities have also made reports earlier. In general, the meeting was well-opened and achieved its intended purpose. We hope that after the meeting, everyone will immediately and earnestly implement the spirit of this meeting. In particular, we must implement the spirit of the speech of the Governor of Lian-Song, increase the intensity, speed up the pace, pay close attention to work, and ensure that the release of the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government is completed. Open the task of reform of small state-owned enterprises. Below, we will give three opinions on the spirit of this meeting.
