“十五”期间全面推进政府信息化建设,这是我国适应全球信息化趋势、面向新世纪作出的一个重要战略决策。信息化建设对于推动国民经济健康快速发展将发挥至关重要的作用,海宁市政府按照国务院办公厅“三网一库”的建设要求,高起点、高标准地构建了政府第二代电子邮件系统及党政机关内部办公资源网,初步实现了办公准自动化、传输无纸化的目标,在政府系统信息化建设上迈出了可喜的一步。
