首先我代表中国美协祝贺“第二届全国中国画展”评选工作顺利完成,也祝贺中国画艺委会2003年年会隆重召开。全国中国画展原定三年举办一次,但由于种种原因隔了十年,当然,其间中国画也有许多活动,有中国画百年大展、花鸟画大展、人物画大展等,这都是我们中国画界的大事情。现在是我们国家美术发展最好的时期之一,是美术界建国以来非常宽松、非常繁荣的阶段之一。为什么当前艺术环境能得到迅速发展,主要体现在党和国家领导对文化事业的高度重视。我国经济正朝着繁荣的方向蓬勃发展,江泽民“三个代表”重要思想,将发展先进文化确定为实现社会主义现代化的战略任务,提出要建设面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的,民族
First of all, on behalf of the China Artists Association, I congratulate on the successful completion of the selection of the “2nd National Chinese Painting Exhibition” and also congratulate on the grand opening of the 2003 Annual Conference of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Committee. The National Chinese Painting Exhibition is scheduled to be held for three years, but for various reasons it has been separated for ten years. Of course, there are also many activities of Chinese painting during the exhibition, such as the Centennial Exhibition of Chinese Paintings, the Flower and Bird Painting Exhibition, the Portrait Painting Exhibition, etc. These are all our paintings in China Big thing. It is one of the best times for the development of fine arts in our country and one of the most relaxed and very prosperous stages since the founding of the arts community. Why the current rapid development of the art environment is mainly reflected in the party and state leaders attach great importance to cultural undertakings. The economy of our country is booming in the direction of prosperity.
