Dapu, one of the 100 impoverished counties in Guangdong (one of the 16 destitute counties in Guangdong Province), is located in the northeast of Guangdong and is surrounded by mountains. The old revolutionary stories inspired today’s old-fashioned children to forge ahead and get out of poverty. The tide of reform and opening up has awakened the village of Xiyan.
