四川省县(市)自动电话网路规划会今天开幕了。电总于去年11月14日以电农(1990)478号文件发出了“关于认真做好县(市)自动电话网路规划工作的通知”。张居平同志在第二十五次邮电工作会议上又把网路规划作为实现五大目标所抓的工作之一,因此,这次会议既是贯彻落实电信总局文件,落实省局第二十五次邮电工作会提出的任务的会议,也是学习贯彻部颁邮电技术体制的会议。为了使县(市)自动电话网路规划工作统一、协调、不走或少走弯路,决定召开今天这样一个会议,目的在于统一方法、统一标准,质量良好地完全此项任务。下面我结合贯彻部文件,讲几点意见。
