目的了解11~40岁女性零食消费行为变化及其与肥胖关系,为制定营养政策提供依据。方法采用连续3 d全家食物称重记账法和24 h个人膳食回顾调查,同时对调查对象进行相关体格检查。结果年轻女性夜间吃零食频率明显增加,由1997年的38.8%增加到2009年的52.1%;零食消费地点主要在家,平均频率为68.2%;历年零食占每日膳食总能量比例及体质指数均呈上升趋势;Logistic回归分析显示,是否消费零食、消费零食的年龄、时间、零食占每日膳食总能量的比例与肥胖呈正相关,OR分别为1.354、1.742、1.413、1.327。结论年轻女性吃零食现象普遍存在,且不合理的消费行为不断增长,成为影响年轻女性肥胖的因素之一。
Objective To understand the changes of the consumer behavior and the relationship with the obesity in 11 ~ 40-year-old women and provide the basis for the formulation of nutrition policy. Methods The food intake of the whole family for 3 d and the 24-h personal diet were retrospectively investigated. At the same time, related physical examinations were conducted. Results The frequency of young women eating snacks at night increased significantly from 38.8% in 1997 to 52.1% in 2009. The consumption of snacks at home was mainly at home, with an average frequency of 68.2%.
