目的研究胰腺癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达以及细胞周期的变化,探讨其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测32例正常胰腺黏膜、76例胰腺癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达和细胞周期变化。结果从正常胰腺黏膜到胰腺癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达逐渐降低,统计学分析表明PTEN蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=41.58,P<0.01)。胰腺癌组织的S期组分高于对照组,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.63,P<0.01)。结论 PTEN蛋白表达异常与细胞周期调控障碍可能在胰腺癌发病过程中发挥重要的作用。
Objective To study the expression of PTEN protein and cell cycle in pancreatic cancer and to explore its relationship with tumorigenesis. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of PTEN and cell cycle in 32 cases of normal pancreatic mucosa and 76 cases of pancreatic cancer. Results The expression of PTEN protein gradually decreased from normal pancreatic mucosa to pancreatic cancer. Statistical analysis showed that the expression of PTEN protein in pancreatic cancer was significantly different from that in normal group (χ2 = 41.58, P <0.01). The S phase of pancreatic cancer was higher than that of the control group, which was significantly different from the control group (t = 9.63, P <0.01). Conclusion Abnormal expression of PTEN and cell cycle dysfunction may play an important role in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.
